I lost 70 lbs, and I feel wonderful. My boyfriend is thrilled that I have my self esteem back as well. However, I had some stretch marks before my loss, and I still have them now.

I had been wanting to make a lifestyle change for a while after gaining a lot of weight, and so about two months ago I cut out junk food and started running 3 miles on a daily basis. I feel 100x better, and have lost 12 pounds and gone down 1 size. My question is though, although I'm losing weight, I still have a lot of "flab" (I have no idea of a better word for it).

I, like most of the country, am trying to lose weight. I know that the best way to lose weight and to keep it off is to work out on a regular basis and to eat a healthy diet. However, sometimes, as we all know, this takes a while!!

I've officially been dieting for 1 1/2 weeks now. I've been counting my calories like a crazy person and keeping track of my total fats, total sugars, and total proteins. I've been sticking to everything perfect plus I've totally been busting my butt working out for the past 2 weeks.

I am very self-conscious, and dislike my body. My boyfriend knows that so when I found pictures of naked women on his phone it really upset me and made me feel like I wasn't thin enough or pretty enough. We got into a huge fight over it, and he said that if I didn't like myself that I should lose weight.
