The past week has brought about many changes in my life and I'm having trouble handling them. The first is a major change, in a negative direction, in my job. Another is that my mom is getting married, she's been single since her and my father divorced over 17 years ago.

hello everyone! It's been a year that I've really wanted to lose 5-7 kilos but I've always had trouble applying myself and knowing what correct foods to eat. I do not have very much time to exercise so what do you all suggest I should do?

I am only 5' 1" and I am 197 lbs. Before my first child I was 130 lbs which was healthy according to my "BMI" & I was very happy with my weight & body!!! Now I have 2 children, I just had my second child in Dec.

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 2 1/2 years now, and have decided to get on the pill. My only problem - I know it sounds stupid, selfish, whatever - is that I'm worried I'll gain weight. I work really hard to stay fit and would rather not have sex than get fat.

All summer long I was on a fitness revelation as well as eating healthier. I must have been working at at least 5 days a week and eating so well, now that fall has kicked in, im back in school and I have started working a few days a week, I literally have no time most days to throw in my usual work outs. (I know its cliche, but I have been studying so much and between classes and work im just burnt out) On top of this, I have been eating horribly.

Well as most of you ladies already know, i've been walking to loose weight and i've lost a total of 66lbs.
