I am trying to get over someone and I am having a hard time with it. In the past I've always "exercised" my way out by going running or riding my bike up killer hills. Generally, the endorphins from that help me get over the guy who dumped me.

For the past few months, I've been struggling to get off the twenty or so pounds I've gained in the past few years- freshmen fifteen is true. I'm 5'9", weigh at 163 right now and whenever I find myself losing weight, it feels extremely temporary. I go to the gym everyday and do the elliptical for 45 minutes, crunches, and weights, but I'm still not getting the results I want even after curbing my appetite.

hello everyone! It's been a year that I've really wanted to lose 5-7 kilos but I've always had trouble applying myself and knowing what correct foods to eat. I do not have very much time to exercise so what do you all suggest I should do?

All summer long I was on a fitness revelation as well as eating healthier. I must have been working at at least 5 days a week and eating so well, now that fall has kicked in, im back in school and I have started working a few days a week, I literally have no time most days to throw in my usual work outs. (I know its cliche, but I have been studying so much and between classes and work im just burnt out) On top of this, I have been eating horribly.
