I know this will sound silly, but I'd like to know what makes you think a person is spoiled. What kind of attitude would they have, how would they act in different situations... You know, subtle reactions, little comments... Things you might not notice at first, but would start to be annoying after some time.
I'm sorry for the vague question, but I'd really appreciate some opinions on this.
Thanks : )

Spoiled people feel entitled. They are routinely given things they don't need/haven't asked for, and/or they expect a lot from other people. They take and take like it's no big deal. They are generally selfish, don't like giving to others, and rarely say thank you or give credit where credit is due.
One example: A friend of mine bought a house with a down payment her parents gave her. At her house warming, people commented "Wow, you must be doing really well for yourself!" Instead of thanking her parents for helping with the money, she just said, "Yes, I am doing very well."
1luisa...once again, good answer.
I was going to say 'the opposite of me.'
2And- spoiled to me is not appreciating what you have or seeing it as a blessing to have it; but to always want and expect more.
I would also say that spoiled people tend to be very self-absorbed and usually have little insight into their self-absorbtion. They tend to have no perspective on what I call "the real world", never really appreciating that other people have truly difficult problems to face everyday. They just don't "get it" that while they are whining about not getting the right shade of pumps for their new cocktail dress, someone else is sitting at their kitchen table trying to figure out how to pay his mortgage.
3Agree with all of the above. In addition, they always "want want want." Despite what people have, it doesn't matter if they barely have enough to give, it's I want this one and not that want, or they huff and puff. They say they appreciate, but don't really show it. They have to get everything they want or they'll start whining. Too tired to go on with that.
4Spoiled people are those who think they deserve everything they want, and are entitled even to the things they haven't worked for and can't afford.
5*and who can't deal with not getting everything they want.
6I agree with all the above comments.
Additionally, spoiled people only think of themselves and no one else. They want what they want when they want it and they will let no one get in their way; they are very self-centered. Spoiled people are given everything (even unneccesary things) by their parents/guardians and are never told "no"; they don't understand what it means to 'wait" for something.
