Hi guys...this is my first post here so please be patient I am getting used to the posting system! If all goes well I will be posting everything and anything!!! ,-)

I have started running outdoors and am using the Nike +ipod method....its so cool, my current challenge is doing 60k in 4 weeks.
I run around 5k at a time 3 times a week so that challenge should be a piece of cake...you can set any challenge for yourself, its great!
Today I have been spinning and will add a few lunges later at home....you know lunges and squats are a must!!!
