I've never had any bf or fb ask permission to come inside...lol I've always had the birth control talk with them and the 'inside of me' is understood. They have said or asked if they could unload on different body parts.

Some inexperienced guys will ask; Some think it's polite to ask; some have learned from previous relationships they have to ask. If it were me, I'd want to know why he asks.
