I'm losing hair by the day and it's not a pretty sight! Everytime I look in the mirror all I see is scalp! Does anyone have any tips for hair regrowth? Perhaps products or solutions? I hope I'm not the only one dealing with this problem!
When I wasn't eating right I lost a lof hair. I wonder if it's to do with your diet? I used to eat a lot of junks (hot dogs and chinese take aways), I was also under eating. Check your diet and
see.
I had a time period in highschool where I wasn't eating enough and my hair really started to thin! I would see it on the hairbrush or going down the drain in the shower and it really freaked me
out! I started to eat more calories and better quality food and the problem stopped. If you think it's an issue you need help with then consult with your dr. or a nutritionist. I really do
think nutrition problems are the #1 reason younger women have thinning hair. There are also other medical conditions (like alopecia), but I don't know enough about them to advise you on them.
Please see your doctor, you owe it to yourself and your peace of mind.
I was on medication once that caused my hair to fall out. My doctor gave me zinc and selenium and it worked like a charm. You may also want to try taking prenatal vitamins, as they will
definitely make your hair grow!
There is an over the counter hair care product on the market called Nioxin that supposedly triggers hair growth, and makes what you have look fuller. You can get it in salons.
go to a doctor asap. this could be a sign of another medical problem. hormone imbalance is often a cause of female hair loss. i think i would start with my family doctor and then get a referral
if needed. stress can cause hair loss too.
my friend told me about this lady who fixes hair problems and she used to cost a lot....now she has a blog. so am following her 10 steps, she is kind of slow about posting them but every couple
days another one appears. One of her big suggestions is to get rid of sulfate shampoos, which every single one of mine( i had 6) had that. She's a chemist & a hairdresser and something else?
and says that it is a bad ingredient. i don't remember all the reasons, but i have 2 friends who had appointments with her and they have better hair than last year by a lot, so I am trying it,
so far so good - its not thicker but it stopped falling out.
