I've tried everything possible!
I've read that my medication that I'm taking can cause some sexual side effects, but I wouldn't think the inability to have an orgasm would be one of them.
Unless the makers of this medication just want to torture others ):
I've tried masturbation, toys, lubricant, ribbed/textured condoms, everything, and nothing works.
I am always very turned on and in the mood, so why can't I have an orgasm?!
Suggestions?

Is the issue that you never climaxed even before the medication? Or have you added this and all of a suddent you can't orgasm?
Antidepressants can make it very difficult to climax. If that's the Rx, switching to one with fewer sexual side effects (eg. wellbutrin) can help. Talk to your doctor about your concerns. The doctor prescribing the medication and possibly your OB/GYN.
1You're focusing too much on this. Sometimes the focus or fixation can be the problem.
How old are you anyway? I wouldn't be saying you CAN'T orgasm unless you're like 35 and have been with a lot of different partners.
2As my first boyfriend once told me, When you're alone, you don't have to impress anyone.
3That said, the thing I've had the best luck with is sensory deprivation. Blindfold up!
I would advise that you continue trying with masturbation. It is very, very unlikely that you will ever be able to orgasm with a partner unless you are able to do so on your own first. I would suggest a detachable shower head or a hot tub jet. When things start to feel overwhelming, do not stop, just continue to keep the water pressure on your clit. (BTW, do not shoot the water directly inside your vagina). Also, try to relax and just enjoy the moment instead of focusing too much on the orgasm. There are many books on this subject, you could try "For Yourself" by Lonnie Garfield Barback to start. I think that your medication is not the problem, especially if you were not able to orgasm before you started on it. Keep trying to fantasize and try the shower head idea. Good luck and have fun.

4I would ask your docor about the medication. I am sensitive to drugs and even too much alcohol can ruin things for me.
5Oops typo above. Sorry about that. I meant doctor.
