Okay, I feel *really* stupid asking this, and I'm probably just being paranoid, but I want opinions.
I'm on Seasonique, which is the extended regimen pill where you get 4 periods a year. Thursday night I took my pill at 9PM, the same time I always do. However, I threw up around 11:30. I figure that's enough time to get the pill, or the majority of it anyway, into my system. Friday, same thing happens, only a little quicker - I took it at 9 and I threw up at around 10:30, so I doubt that one got into my system. Saturday I took my pill and it stayed down, no problems (finally not sick, lol).
Today I had sex with my boyfriend, without a condom, and he pulled out. I know there's really not a big risk here, since I've been on the pill for almost 2 years so it's definitely in my system, and he did pull out in plenty of time. I'm a giant worrywart, though, and I'm just hoping for some advice - should I go get plan B? Do I need it?
I just want to add that the 2 pills in question are a fluke - ordinarily, I'm very religious about taking my pills on time!

If it was me, I would not worry. I mean, sure, there is a chance you could get pregnant if you miss a pill or if you throw it up, but most people do not get pregnant. I would think you're in the clear.
1I'm a hardcore worrier. Plan B is $20 from Planned Parenthood, and it will give you your sanity back until your next period. You could always look at it from a cost perspective. How many pregnancy tests do you think you'll do in panic in the next couple of days/weeks? They cost about $8 each.
2I think you should take it. You're only expecting a period once every 3 months, right, so do you really want to risk being up to 12 weeks pregnant by the time you find out?
3Don't take chances, sweetie.

4I just wanted to post back and thank you guys for the advice - I was posting in sheer paranoia late on a Sunday night before PP was open, in an effort to calm myself down enough to sleep! I did leave work early to go and get it. The staff at PP told me that I didn't need to get Plan B because it had been in my system long enough that I wouldn't have ovulated in that short span of time, so not to worry.
Thank you guys again!
5Wow, please don't take advice about taking plan B from a bunch of paranoid girls on this site. The majority of the ladies on this site are overly paranoid about getting pregnant. You don't immediatly ovulate as soon as you miss a pill. It's even possible to have sex with no birth control at all and not get pregnant after a guy cums inside of you no less. Learn your cycles and how your body works.
I justed needed to have a little rant on that subject.
6Most people I know regularly use birth control and pull out. If I were you, I would be worried if I messed up my pills AND he came inside of me. I think that since he pulled out and you most likely had a steady dose of birth control in your system, you are fine!! Taking Plan B would be like continuing to take your birth control.
7After being on the pill for two years it would be difficult to get pregnant. I think your doctor could tell you that. And then when you finally want to get pregnant you have to go off of the pill for a substantial amount of time, I think at least six months to a year.
