well its hard to say because you didnt give much detail. Most good looking guys tend to flirt. see how he acts towards other people and decide for yourself.
1Look for the signs. Does he give you compliments? Does he come by your desk to see if you need help? Does he seem not to be able to take his eyes off you? Also see if he acts like that towards other women in your office as well.
