hello everyone! It's been a year that I've really wanted to lose 5-7 kilos but I've always had trouble applying myself and knowing what correct foods to eat. I do not have very much time to exercise so what do you all suggest I should do?

You need to exercise. Period. Until you make it a priority (along with healthy eating) you won't see permanent results.
1What luisa said. Exercise more. Also don't diet, make lifestyle changes. If you're going to eat healthier, it has to be a lifestyle change. (Kind of like going from eating burgers every night to baked chicken or something).
2try weight watchers. healthy and smaller portions
3Eating is like 75% of weight loss or something so while it makes a huge difference to get some exercise in just eating a low amount of calories each day will make a difference to your weight. Avoid sugary foods, fatty deep fried food and lean towards the healthier choice all the time and it should make some difference. Also, drink tons of water, dont drink fruit juices or soda etc and make sure you eat lots of green veggies. Oh, ceasar salad is the equivalent of eating a side of fries. The ceasar dressing is super fatty... I learned that the hard way haha

4Fallen that's not exactly true. Working out is 50% at least. And it's a MUST if she doesn't want to have saggy skin and squishy legs. It's a huge bonus too, because every pound of muscle she gains burns 50 calories a day just sitting around doing nothing. So once you start to work out and get in shape, your body will start working for you, burning even more calories even when you're being a bum.
5Everyone knows how to eat right! Eat vegetables and grains, don't stuff yourself with bread and sugar. Don't over eat. Stop when you're no longer hungry.
Working out doesn't take that much time. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Do 20 situps while you watch TV, while you're microwaving something, while you're waiting for the water to boil. You have time, you're just not using it.
Protect your heart until you find someone who can do it better than you.
6ugh losing weight is not a .. ... I NEED TO DO THIS FAST.

I suggest, if you're serious about losing this weight, that you consider every method SERIOUSLY, maybe get some help... as angelbaby said..try weightwatchers.
But do not do anything drastic that will affect your body quickly because the ammount u lose you'll just gain back almost immediatly...
And not to mention it's extremly unhealthy to just drop weight.
I get the feeling that while considering what you eat you mainly consider calorie count but theres millions of articles that talk about good calories, bad calories.
Be wise, be careful, and best of all ... BE HEALTHY!!
