dear sugar,
Is there a such thing as normal vaginal discharge? like the kind you have after you become sexually active? and what happens if a woman an overly lubricated vagina? I have never had a problem with dryness in my vagina when it comes to sex, as a matter of fact it always lubricated even if I'm not in the mood for sex. what does this mean?

I'm not a doctor or a woman so I wouldn't know too much. Being wet is normal, nothing wrong with it being lubricated as it is my understanding many women experience this on different levels, some are dry a lot others are wetter than others quite frequently. However, if you're experiencing quite frequent "discharge" I would suggest seeing a doctor as this usually indicates something is up.
1Discharge is normal unless it smells funky, is green or brown, or cottage cheese like and/or itchy (probably a yeast infection). These symptoms all mean that you have an infection. If none of these are happening to you, then you are normal. Otherwise no, there is no such thing as being too lubricated. I would have to disagree with the other poster- it is quite normal for some women to experience frequent discharge. If you have none of the above symptoms, don't even worry about it.
