My aunt is 45 years old and is very beaurtiful. She looks 10 years younger and is in great shape and successful in her job. However, she is always worried about getting old and how fast time goes. she is like my big sister. How can I help her?

Nothing. She's got her own issues (never married, no kids I imagine?) and needs a trained therapist to help with this.
Arguing with her or telling her how young she looks will only encourage her whining.
1no actually she is married and has a child. so your wrong on that therory
2Because of our society obsessing over the youth, I am on the same page as luisha, no matter what you say or do to try and quiet her fear she'll come back with another pain with her age. It looks like she's had a great life, and really if she's in good shape she probably has another 45 years left in here. She's probably goign through that midlife crisis, tell her to get a make over or something and then just be supportive as you have been so far.
3Luisa, good god please stop assuming.
It's natural for all of us to worry about aging. Unfortunately it's a natural part of life but getting older doesn't mean getting ugly. I know so many women that actually look better with age. The world has also come leaps and miles with ways to slow down to progression of age. I guess all you can do is remind her that she is gorgeous for her age and tell her that everyone has the same concerns regardless of age.
4I did put a question mark after my assumption, which clearly states I was unsure if that was the case.
Either way, she feels something is missing in her life, otherwise she'd be happy about where she is and excited about the future. Not worried about her looks.
