Go to a hairdresser. I wouldn't recommend trying to go from brown to blonde at home. A professional can help you pick a shade (you might want to consider your eyebrows or get highlights instead) and dye it without going orange or totally frying your hair.

Definitely in agreement with everyone here.. My hair's dark brown naturally, and tried to go blonde at home once upon a time... Turned a lovely shade of red-orange... A stylist can also help you mak the decision, as sometimes, blonde just won't suit the skin tone of someone with naturally dark hair.
